Today I cooked risotto and cookies.

The cookies were made Out of oats,water,butter and coconut.

The risotto was made out of rice,butter and vegetable stock in a pan.

I stirred the risotto rice until it took up all the stock flavour and soaked into the rice  then put vegetables in it and put the pan lid on the top of the pan.

One of lifes simple pleasures - at least for mummy - is to bake with the peeps. Here is a photo of Miss Lilly decorating some wickedly delicious cupcakes.. they were gluten free.. thats about as good as it got.

Lilly loves to be very precise with the amount of chocolate drops on each cake and that the marshmellow was put EXACTLY in the middle.
