Star - my first poem

I have been learning about poems and wrote my own here.  Mum says its really good.

Star

Light bright
in the air
bright my night
send me a wish
looking down
at the world
from high above
like a bird
lofty softly
in the sky


I'm not much good with rhyming but mum said poems don't need to rhyme.
